These Terms govern use of wavelngth.com, operated by VaveLink LLC doing business as Wavelngth. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Website information only
Website content is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. A website inquiry, meeting, audit, proposal, or sample plan does not create a client relationship.
Client services
Paid services require a separate written Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed by VaveLink LLC and the client. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed client agreements control for the paid services.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profitability, search rankings, AI citations, advertising performance, or other business outcomes. Examples and interface previews are illustrative unless expressly identified as verified client results.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at an abusive rate, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, text, designs, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VaveLink LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit them without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal evaluation of our services.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including scheduling and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaveLink LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaveLink LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update the site or these Terms and may suspend access where reasonably necessary. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating only to website use will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
